Preparing a development plan for the undeveloped coastal space lands, The main conceptual plan relied on preserving the urban fabric of Ras El Bar, while achieving humanization of Societies, Mixed Use and Diversity, Livability Community, Walkability and sustainability in the design process, increasing green and open spaces, and forming urban spaces commensurate with the proposed levels of tourist housing.
