Commercial Promenade
The promenade is one of Egypt’s traditional street malls and urban aspects are upheld in the design concept while simultaneously keeping it open and inviting to passing traffic and pedestrians alike. To create an attractive commercial hub, the outdoor landscape will include a square plaza, patios, walkways and balconies among its seating areas for food and beverage spaces.
